30 years in the Navy entered Sept 1969 as a corpsman spent 4 years as an operating room technician. Attended Nursing school at William Paterson College. Sworn in as a Navy Nurse in 1977 worked in all fields of nursing but specialized in orthopedic operating room. Retired as a Commander in Jan 1999. Married in Oct 1970 to Carol Reynolds (also a Navy corps person). We have 3 children and 4 great grandchildren. Carol is also a retired Nurse. Although retired, I do home repairs and volunteer a lot of time at the Montessori school where one of my grandsons goes.
